Welcome to the Snallygaster

As you may know, the snallygaster was a monster said to roam the environs of Sykesville a long time ago. We think this is absolutely true, and we hope he doesn’t mind that we stole his name, because it’s a really cool name.

So what’s the blog about? Not boring town stuff, that’s for sure. We’re part of the Sykesville Online net, but we’re interested in the area and beyond the area in a different way. We’re interested in music, art, politics, culture, and technology. We’d rather talk about the Beatles, Blade Runner, or Wired than town council meetings and speed cameras. Although the technology behind speed cameras might be fun.

Anyway, we’ll be showing up on Sykesville Online, but you don’t have to find us there. Just come straight to the Snallygaster. It’s gonna be a monster.
